Philosophers Club manifesto
Here at the Philosophers Club we believe the goal of this life is to make our connection to the divine our primary focus so we can experience as much truth, beauty, love and joy as possible.
We’re committed to doing our best to share as much truth and beauty and to make your experience here on earth as gratifying and fun as possible.
We’re all on our own path and we have to stay true to what resonates with us. As the great Kundalini Master Yogi Bhajan liked to say, “We’re all going to the same place. You can take the Concord or you can take a donkey. It’s up to you.”
Engage with our website and take as much or as little information as you like. It’s all free and if you feel like buying any of our beautiful, comfortable, 100% made in the USA environmentally friendly products, even better. But don’t feel any obligation to buy. If you leave our site having learned something new about music, film, metaphysics, the nature of consciousness or one of the ten best retreat centers in the world to visit, we’ll feel like we’ve done our job.
Enjoy the exploration!
Here at the Club we classify everything into two categories, Old School and New School. Old school is for those of us that want to go deep in and explore all the subtle nuances of a particular subject. The New School is for those of us that want to explore new things but are happy to keep it a little more inside the fence without getting lost in the quagmire of nuance.
Here are our categories to explore; Music, Film, Books, Metaphysics, Podcasts and the best retreat centers to revive and reawaken our connection to the divine.
